Photo Requirements
Please use a source photo taken with a digital camera rather than a mobile phone or tablet. The resolution from a mobile phone or tablet may not be suitable for converting the image into Diamond Dotz sizes, which can result in a grainy or blurry outcome.
Use a digital camera: Choose a photo captured with a digital camera for the best opportunity to create a clear, defined result.
Email from a laptop or computer: If you have a high-resolution photo, email it from a laptop or computer rather than a mobile phone. Mobile emailing can compress the file and compromise its resolution.
Maximum file size: 10 MB.

Photo Assessment and Recommendation
After the photo is emailed, the team will assess it and advise the best size and price based on the photo resolution. The goal is to achieve the clearest and most defined outcome possible.

The prices below are starting prices. The recommended size and final price depend on the photo resolution.

Process and Timeline
Payment: Full payment is required before editing and simulation work begins.
Editing and simulation preparation: This usually takes 7 working days, depending on the schedule.
Simulation approval: Once completed, the simulation will be sent to the customer for approval. This is the most important stage because it shows how the completed customised project is expected to look. The technician usually takes another 2–5 days to work towards an optimal result.
Production: Production proceeds once the customer is happy with and approves the simulation.
Delivery: Delivery takes 6-8 weeks from simulation approval.
